This policy explains what personal data we collect when you visit or use this website, why we collect it, how long we keep it, and the rights you have over it. It’s written to meet our obligations under UK GDPR and the Data Protection Act 2018.
What personal data we collect
Contact form submissions. If you use the “Get in Touch” form, we collect your name, email address, phone number, and the message you send us. This is so we can respond to your enquiry.
Analytics data. If you consent to statistics cookies (see “Cookies” below), we collect anonymised/pseudonymised usage data through Google Analytics 4 — pages visited, time on site, general location (country/city level), device and browser type, and how you arrived at the site. This is not used to identify you personally.
Technical/server data. Like most websites, our hosting and security infrastructure automatically logs some technical data for every visit (such as IP address and browser information) for security and site-performance purposes, independent of the analytics cookies described above.
We do not require you to create an account to use this website, and we do not collect payment or financial information through it.

Cookies
We use cookies and similar technologies, managed through a consent banner (powered by Complianz) that lets you choose which categories of cookies to allow before anything but strictly necessary/functional cookies are set. Statistics cookies (including Google Analytics) and marketing cookies are only activated after you give consent, and you can change your choice at any time using the “Cookie settings” link in the website footer.

Contact Form 7
Our contact form is built with the Contact Form 7 plugin. Submissions are emailed directly to us and are not stored in a database on this website — so once a message reaches our inbox, it exists only as an email, and its retention follows our normal business email-retention practices rather than a website record.
Who we share your data with
- Google LLC — processes analytics data via Google Analytics 4, only once you’ve consented to statistics cookies. Google may process this data on servers outside the UK; Google’s standard contractual clauses and its own privacy policy (https://policies.google.com/privacy) govern this transfer.
- Our website hosting and email providers — process data as necessary to run the website and deliver contact-form emails to us.
- We do not sell your personal data, and we do not share it with third parties for their own marketing purposes.
How long we keep your data
- Analytics data: Google Analytics 4 is configured to automatically delete data after a maximum of 14 months (the longest retention period GA4 offers) — after which it is deleted automatically.
- Contact form messages: retained as emails in our inbox for as long as reasonably needed to handle your enquiry and for our own record-keeping, then deleted.
- Cookie consent records: your cookie preference is stored for up to a year so we don’t ask again on every visit, per the Cookie Policy (UK).
Your rights under UK GDPR
You have the right to:
- Be informed about how your data is used (this policy).
- Access the personal data we hold about you.
- Rectification — ask us to correct inaccurate data.
- Erasure — ask us to delete your data (“right to be forgotten”), subject to any legal reason we may need to keep it.
- Restrict processing of your data in certain circumstances.
- Data portability — receive your data in a portable format.
- Object to processing based on legitimate interests.
- Withdraw consent at any time for anything based on consent (e.g. analytics cookies), without affecting the lawfulness of processing before you withdrew it.

If you’re unhappy with how we’ve handled your data, you also have the right to complain to the UK’s supervisory authority, the Information Commissioner’s Office (ICO) — ico.org.uk.
Children’s privacy
This is a business website aimed at organisations commissioning virtual tours, and it isn’t designed to collect data from children.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time — for example, if we start using a new tool or service that processes personal data. We’ll update the “Last updated” date at the top when we do. Please check back periodically.
